TURKEY TROT A HUGE SUCCESS!

Tom Hynes would like to extend a thank you to all who joined him and his family in the Annual Shippan Turkey Trot - "It goes without saying that was the best one ever! And more importantly, we raised over $5,000 (and counting) for those in need. 100% of the donations will go towards a meals program at the Shelter for the Homeless. In short, it costs around $350 a night to feed the shelter. What we've done here is foot the bill for about 15 of those nights. Plus, we brought them a LOT of canned food. Already looking forward to next year. Thanks again for coming out. And thanks for giving!"

The SPA would like to extend its own thanks to the Hynes family for organizing this fun Shippan event and doing such great work for the Shelter for the Homeless.
